This game desperately wants you to care about the carrier Endurance and feeds you a largely anti-climactic Final mission where you shoot down a submarine and- that's it. That is what follows the thousand man Sotan remnant air battle, and your boss fight with Moon 11. Mission order should be reversed

Your character never actually speaks. Cope is just a ghost that lives in your head. If this "Wings of Theve" thing is just a continuation of the propaganda arm aboard the Endurance, then why constantly talk about a guy the player has never really met? Everyone is in on the fact that cope is dead.

The mission to escort a space shuttle and go into space to take out the Tonitrus spear death laser was a total waste of time and did not actually matter. Because the enemy just has another one it uses to blast cities and ships OK? They should have committed to a change up space force mission.

The emotional beats with Severskaya were mostly unearned. She started crying and vomiting in her O2 mask over Kate during a life or death mission, and Ingo kept saying "Who was this bitch?" "Why are we supposed to feel sad?" and he's right. Because we spent most of our time with Baxter.

This will probably shock some of my fans in chat, but sometimes Airplanes are not enough. Project aces had a perfect opportunity to fill out the weapon tree with Museum classics, Nasa shit, and Belkan Super fighters, and chose to mainline the same shit they did 10 years ago. (DLC greed?)

Mission 28: This game is actually about over funded mongol hordes and stealing shit. Your pilots will tell you that the five wings insignia means the “Hand of hope” but imo, since you spend most the game stealing back bases, its really “The five fingers of Discount” or “Wings of Thief”
