We’re handing out candy, but I have to find a costume for Penny. Hopefully I’ll find the banana one at Aldi tonight!

Revisiting the hysterectomy convo. I met with a surgeon today and they’re going to schedule it. I think it’s what I want to do, but part of me is scared…? Does anyone have any advice? Or is willing to tell me if they’d do it again or if it’s worth it? Why do I feel like I could cry right now?

This is funny because I put my SNTV CD in my car the other day and thought of you.

THANK YOU ❤️‍🩹 I didn’t think I would adopt again for a while, but this house is too quiet without them for me to function. It had taken months when I was looking before and this one just worked out so fast. I’M SO EXCITED 🥰💕💖

Side note: I’m adopting them from a rescue that takes in pregnant dogs/dogs that have just given birth. My Ruthie was a momma dog previously from the same rescue.

My two dogs passed about 2-1/2 weeks ago (they were sick with different issues). It’s been *so* hard without them. I started looking around for a new dog to adopt on Sunday and just found out today that one of these girls is coming home with me on Thursday. I can’t believe this happened so fast!

I almost bought it but it was $7 to ship. Thats twice as much as the cd costs.

Am I good at being quick and decisive? No. But am I good at thinking long term, weighing pros and cons and looking for the best possible outcome? Also no, please stop asking me questions I don’t know what I’m doing.

Hostas are the best! This house has way more landscaping than the old one and I don’t even know what some of these plants are lol It also doesn’t help that my neighbor complains about the weeds to my husband every chance he gets.

I’m trying to learn about gardening/basic landscaping and why do I feel like I’m already too late, mulch is too expensive, maybe I should dig a hole and crawl in it instead😭 I just want my flower beds to not be an eyesore and a good place for bees and butterflies 🥺

She also pooped in the vet tech’s pocket today so we’ve been on a roll.

My little dog won’t swallow pills. Ok, so I spend extra to get her the chewable flea and tick med. Guess what she did when I gave her the pill just now.

I'm on my 3rd watch-through of the Sopranos and Karen's Ziti still pisses me off as much now as it did the first time.

He said especially candles, too. It’s just unfortunate because a lot of scents give me headaches except for vanilla lol

Just found out that my favorite scent (vanilla) literally makes my husband nauseous.

Speak Now, Fearless and Red. There’s something about her voice now that changes the meaning of those songs.

I want another song with Lana where she has her own verse.
