Like you can literally apply same effect to anything and it would lead to the same conclusion that you sacrificed other for your own comfort (which is nonsense and crazy)

Under this you either -> waste reouces -> death Using mega company product/ internet-> train generative ai? Would you want the old yourself responsible for that then. There are limit (while not clearly defined) on how much you can extrapolate thing. I just don’t agree with realted Hp thing =bad

Like if you were to extrapolate causation in this idea as apply to other these thing (at least in my region, ) . 1)leaving your pc open would be bad 2) using air conditioner 3) not separating trash 4) doing digital art 5) any product from mega corp 6) using internet

My take is just using such second: third order affect is such a crazy view. If you apply that to literally everything else. There could never be peace. It’s endless crusade and only push people further from your ideology. If this method truly work. People would be convinced a long time ago

Is it good? No? Has it always been this way? Yes. Also trans people like to extrapolate second order effects so much it becomes absurd. Using same logic, not separating trash(which I believe many of us do) -> climate change-> death does that mean people who dont seperste trash are all evil/killer?

This undisputely cause significantly more death than Trans problem/ some wars in present time. For instance, latest Nepal flood kill 1000+ and SEA suffered heavy flood right now, my city included. Yet people from there would ignore this issues./ denied it existence entirely. That is just normal

I agree that is a much better stance. But in human nature, I don’t believe people will care about problem that is so distant and does not have any consequence for them. One such example is Climate change, from what I have seen climate change is denied and ignored by people from America a lot

Normal people. Wouldn’t even care for this/ this problem don’t exist there. All they remember was this is the series / movies that they grew up with. It was fun and also this character is cute so imma draw it. Also East Asian have more tolerances toward “problematic” content than western by far.

It isn’t something deep no? People just like the idea of Gap moe (harsh girl turn sweet) also this issue is heavily western intetnet problem. East and Asian in general don’t even concern/care: know about it. Majority of people here love Harry Potter. Not for the author but for the story itself.
