Excited to share the label artwork for my upcoming mead flavors - raspberry and birthday cake! Raspberry will be called "Loot the Berry". I'm still mulling over the cake flavor's name but it will be along the lines of leveling up, gaining XP - something like that. Artist is bonedustuff on Instagram!

Bottled my traditional and raspberry mead. They both turned out EXCELLENT. I'm going to make a few more batches of the raspberry, make a special label, and bring it to FWA. I think both of these I gotta keep on brew at all times. They are just so good and easy on the palette!

Over the summer I decided to learn how to make mead. I'm excited to share I end this year with 4 flavors: Pumpkin spice, apple cinnamon, cranberry fig & butter rum. I move into the new year ready to craft more! Love that I got to share with others too. Learning a skill can be hard but so rewarding!

I got hot sauce bottles to make sample sizes for my mead. I feel bad... I'm running low and so many people still haven't had the chance to try it. I find it hard to bring to gatherings because not everyone is respectful when it comes to taking an appropriate amount.

Mead update! Oops tripped and ended up with 4 more flavors 😅 the pumpkin spice is perfect. The cranberry fig is also very good but had so much lees, I've lost quite a bit; which is unfortunate. Preparing spring flavors now including carrot cake, raspberry, blackberry currant and sweet clover.

Fully bottled my very first batch of mead tonight. It's nothing fancy, super basic, but proud of how clear I managed to get it. First picture: bottle on the left is store bought mead, bottle on the right is mine. And the most important part - it tastes like mead so a W for me!

A little mead update! Pulled the cranberries and added the figs, it is clearing up nicely. The pumpkin spice flavor is super surprising, it is coming along so nicely I'm excited for it the most. Finally, bottled my first batch! It's nothing crazy, very basic, but I'm proud of it.

Also I know I said I was done but now I'm actually done... lol. I didn't intend on making this, but it was requested a lot and my butter rum is experimental - so going with apple cinnamon as a back up for holiday flavors. That's 5 gallons now, so I'll have plenty to bottle here soon!
