I've been at 240-245lbs for over a year. Built lots of muscle. I'm done being mad about the numbers. Strong not smaller. Look at those thighs getting ready to crush gorilla rows with 50lb kettlebells. 😱😳 For my next trick I'll crush a watermelon with my thighs.
