Got the new cell phone just to document my mundane meals in a way that looks much better than they do originally.

Trying every character in Deadlock to find who I like best and this sequence with Celeste might put her at the top of my list. Will try more this week and continue studying the game!

Someone posted about Deadlock Rat Kings voice lines each naming a different rat and I lost it at 'I brough gumdrop's whole polycule'. 10/10 bit.

All set to start some October game streaming with one of the few Castlevania games I have never played. And with this, I am finally breaking into PS2 emulation which I have surprisingly held off on until now (despite wanting to replay Tales of Legendia badly).

Went to look at more townhomes and then had a wonderful hibachi lunch with momma Raph. Fingers crossed I can make the place in like work out.

Go to hell, Breath of Fires own Nina. How dare you make me restart multiple times and spend over two hours on a puzzle 😖

Womp womp I beat one XOguri but it wasn't enough to clinch a win against the other. Glad to have made A Finals at least.

UMALERT! I qualified for my first Graded League Group A Finals with none other than Nakayama Festa. A casual playthrough turned into one of my best UMAs yet. Nice!

Picked Dietrich's route in FEFW expecting a dark and brooding tone and immediately got sent to da beach. It's been great so far, I adore good character interactions.

Left the house today for a reason besides going to work, woop woop. The Houston anime fgc continues to be awesome and Xrd continues to be super fun.

So tomorrow the new Fire Emblem comes out and even before all the universal praise, I became sold on it from the setting and characters alone. Haven't played one in full since Awakening, so I am excite.

I blew through so many credits on failing at crane games but at least I got the little homie Ken at least.

I never forget anyone I fought in bracket. Sweet wasn't just a name, he was a great person and someone gone too soon.

Yay, finally feels like I got full value out of Metroid Dread after beating it a second time. Hard Mode was annoying cause it was just that bosses dealt more damage but we beat it and faster than the first run so yay. Next Metroid I revisit will either be Prime or Fusion.

030

Raph @raphgg.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

Well, Ravenous has left me ravenous for some more Metroid, so I dusted off Dread for another playthrough. It's just as fun the second time.

Happy Fryday, friends. Life's been flying by so here's a reminder to slow down sometimes.

Raph @raphgg.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Fun fact! the main character from AvP, Linn, was used as inspiration for Simone from another Capcom arcade game called Cannon Spike. It's such a great design ahhh.

Current team in PokeChamp with the new update. When it pops off, it is very funny but it is inconsistent since I don't know how to pilot things quite yet.

110

Raph @raphgg.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

I see you have a lot of chonk and Indeedee to be extra annoying. Meanwhile I'm running this, with some anti-Indeedee and a whole lot of glass cannons lol.

Happy Fry-day, friends! It's been a busy week and I've got the ball rolling on some big life changes. Gonna be on comms for Paragon GBVSR tonight to kick off a big weekend.

Raph @raphgg.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

Also, main character very cute and her English VA did such an amazing job of evoking girlie who just moved to New York City with big aspirations and I love that trope lol

Ironically, Taiki Shuttle was ranked 9/9 in the pre race ratings and my other two UMA were 1/9 and 2/9 respectively. Way to beat the odds!

020

Raph @raphgg.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

Yeehaw! The team went and took 1st this Libra Cup with a clutch win by Taiki Shuttle who held on to a lead against some tough competition. That was a fun CM and even if its the easier league, I'm glad I could finally win a Group A Finals! 🥹

Id like it if these collabs were just merch lines entirely separate from fast food. Like I love my Tails with a Cinamaroll hat thats not some throwaway piece of plastic. Stop holding them back!

Big Ws to end Round 2 of CM18 as Vodka has started to really hit her stride as my team's Ace UMA. Gonna let this team ride for the Group A finals of the Open League, hoping that Vodka is able to pop off and secure the win. You go girl, you deserved a hit from your flask.

Opted for the Open League for CM 18, and it was such a good decision. Much more UMA variety and got to put together a fun team to reach Group A Finals.
