Wait, what? You missed @michele.dash0.com's Zero to #OpenTelemetry talk at the #jugka last week? 😲 That'd be a shame, as it was quite ... awesome! 💪 But we got you covered! It took a bit, but here's the fully edited version for your edutainment. 🎓📺 Enjoy! 👉 youtu.be/c6_3of2Y9e8 #Karlsruhe

@focusotter.bsky.social & @salihgueler.dev are there any things to consider/keep in mind when moving a nextjs app from @vercel.com to amplify? Is there maybe a migration guide? I never used amplify but consider moving the unofficial reinvent planner into aws to use aws credits instead of $$ 😅

The bottom is is how I would love to have as an xray view 😃 Detailed view of a Lambda with an extension and OTEL instrumentation (profiled using node js performance api + custom converter to otel spans). No I can easily see where time is spend and where to start improving 😃

Yes got mails on different addresses (probably “social engineering”) and even on LinkedIn someone reached out to me. To be fair - I am giving a talk, so it’s not hard to know that I will be there. It’s the same every year 😅

The unofficial reInvent planner now has an ics calendar feed feature, which syncs your bookmarked session into your calendar to have them offline available. On top of that it now has a link which opens up the aws events for the selected session if you are on mobile.

I don’t think so 😃 you have to get from SBahn to Rail. These are basically underground to top level 😉 61m beeeline

🤣 these are the most uncomfortable chairs. It naturally limits the session time to 30-40 min. After that time you need a break
