You can cast Ovinomancer and activate it – Haste! – in response to its enter-the-battlefield trigger. So this is a Sorcery-speed removal that your opponent can't easily interact with (like Recurring Nightmare). 140

Here's a trick if you have both in play and only one card in hand: On your own turn, stack the triggers so you exile your card, allowing you to cast it until eot. You can stack the effects the other way on your opp's upkeep to force the discard. 120
