A little snippet from the short story I wrote for the 2nd's kinktober prompt - extended seduction. These two are such dweebs for each other, lmao

Like any other morning, their legs tangled under the table. Faysal rubbed the edge of a foot over his ankle, leaning forward with his spoon held aloft with the translucent broth in its well. Ash mirrored him, taking it in his open mouth; swallowing, his eyes narrowed with pleasure, his unspoken request for more met by another spoonful. Three years into their relationship, it still baffled him why his husband enjoyed feeding him, but when he turned the tables on him once the bowl was empty, stone faced as he waited for Faysal to allow him to do the same, he didn’t question it.

His husband was just weird. It was fine.

From a Jewish lady, thank you, Mr Pope 💙

In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

Whelp, with both Tapas and CG going down at the same time, I guess I picked a good time to finally make Citron Cove, but damn, man. It's the end of an era, and the feelings about it as so freaking big. I don't even have words.

If you're sharing an image of any kind and you want to reach more people, add alt text. Alternative text makes your image or art even more accessible, and it doesn't need to take forever to write. And some folks won't share an image without alt text. #AuthorSky #AuthorAssistant

How to write alt-text (alternative text) Take a moment to describe the image to yourself.
1. What is it?
2. What’s happening?
3. What are the stand-out details?
4. What does it say?
Now, write it out. Keep it simple.
Read what you’ve written to make sure your description matches the image.

I really hope this takes off. There needs to be a creative storefront marketplace that actually bans genai and drop shipping, and I hope it's a 100% ban. Etsy is completely ruined and not artist friendly. Much luck to Fybe! fybe.art

My lovelies.... a book having a sex scene does not make it a Romance Book. Romance, as a genre, promises the relationship will have a happy ending. Either happy for now, or happily ever after. Any genre can have sex scenes. Lots of them do. But they don't promise HEA. #LianaEdits #AmWriting

Hey all, I have people close in my life running a memorial benefit, with all donations going to Leader Dogs for the Blind. The actual outing was today (and went great!) but I figured I'd give it a bit of a boost - if you have a few dollars to spare, consider donating it to the benefit!

I'll get back to posting art soon, but an update on the CG situation is that the owner is looking at options to keep CG alive! #bl #yaoi #danmei #mlm #lgbtreaders

# About the Previous Announcement

I hadn't expected such a positive reaction. For years now, whenever I heard news about the site on social media, it had been almost always negative. 🙁

But I want to keep the site going if we can afford the hosting costs. We'll try other options. Many lovely people have suggested different ways to support the site, so we're going to keep it alive.

You can expect some changes to the site in the future.

The site will always have free content to read, and this Discord will always be a BL-focused community. We'll figure things out as we go when it comes to hosting and maintenance costs.

Thank you all for the incredible outpouring of support. ❤️ We have such a lovely community here!

@everyone
