I remember how difficult it was for me to come out over 30 years ago. Although thankfully the world is generally more welcoming to LGBTQ people now, it can still be a very traumatic process for many with teen suicide rates ranking among the highest. #LGBT #ComingOutDay 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I also went for a 5K run ending with a walk in nature along one of the local trails ablaze with autumn colours listening to one of my fav audio booksfrom Pema Chödrön, 'From Fear to Fearlessness’. However you start or spend your day, may you be filled with joy and free of suffering. #mentalhealth
