I think so, yes. Andor is more chaotic and, despite the massacre, at least some people get to shoot back. The level of detachment in Silo - 'cut the audio', and the fact that none of the victims have any foreknowledge, pose any threat, or have any chance - is truly chilling

FWIW, it’s a long term phenomenon. After the war the US Airforce didn’t particularly want to put its Cold War bases there - too vulnerable, but relented partly because it concluded the local population was very conservative, and potential saboteurs would be easily identified and likely turned in.

Jacko’s ‘Don’t Stop till you Get Enough’ winds down beautifully until it segues effortlessly into the drum intro of ‘Rock with You.’ The effect is lost slightly on CD and streaming, but on vinyl it was timed to perfection.
