that really sucks, similar stuff has happened to me before so when writing anything of significant length I usually write it out in notepad first and then paste it in after

skill ≠ popularity increasing your artistic skill and increasing your popularity are two different things that require different approaches, one will not necessarily lead to the other.

Some artists allow their music to be used for free if you follow guidelines (e.g. Vylet Pony). You could also contact smaller artists to collab with, they might love to have their music shown off in a rhythm game, as an example, the FNF modding community has made many original songs.

is @poll.blue reliable? I tried to make a poll with it but I got 8 responses in under 1 minute which seems suspicious...

Which layout do you prefer? 1️⃣ Layout A (smaller gameplay, elements in margin) 2️⃣ Layout B (larger gameplay, elements on top) 3️⃣ I don't have a preference 📊 Show results

Rando @randomisedtv.bsky.social · 25/04/2026

to any streamers or stream watchers, which layout do you prefer for 16:9 games? (vote in the replies)

Layout A shows a stream with the gameplay sized smaller to allow for facecam, timer and twitch chat in the margin.
Layout B shows a stream with the gameplay at full size, the facecam, splits and chat are overlaid on top of the gameplay.

You could see if there's any warewolf/botc groups in your area or see if any of your friends are in any, it's intimidating to play something like that with total strangers so it's nice to at least have one person you know there. If you want I can ask my friends if they'd invite you to their groups

000

Rando @randomisedtv.bsky.social · 31/08/2025

I'm not huge into social deduction games but have friends who are. There's a lot of werewolf/botc/etc groups that they're in, some online, some in our city/university. It's easier to find groups for those because you can run and play it for free rather than needing to buy/own a game

If this is unsolicited then it’s likely a scam, it could be that lying to them and telling them that you’re a CEO is exactly what they want you to do for their script. The best thing to do is just not engage with scammers at all, as replying to them just gets you more scams in your inbox.

Ciantexii is showing their friends something on his phone. Streamliner points at it and asks: "Tex, what is this 'Rizz'". Samty is scrambling towards the group, frantically yelling "NO"

a VPN isn’t required for piracy, but I see it as worth the small cost as it’s better to be safe than sorry. you can usually get huge discounts on VPNs using promo codes (I think I paid like £2/month for mine) which is better than spending hundreds on various retro gaming consoles to play old games

I’d feel bad winning because I’d be replacing other people’s cool and creative designs with my own relatively bland OC ;^^ I will retweet this so more people can see it even though I don’t have a very big following, your art is always a pleasure to look at and I look forward to what you’ll make =D
