Free bicycle - Some assembly required and we will throw in a preloved garden wood burner for those cold nights when most people are inside anyway #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #bnw #blackandwhite #mono #monochrome #photographersofbluesky #photooftheday #urban #bicycle #free #woodburner

When i was younger you would always see a couple of unlocked bikes on the street where kids had been called into tea. Not so much these days. #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #bnw #blackandwhite #mono #monochrome #photographersofbluesky #photooftheday #bicycle #bike #street #urban

I was most amused by this as were a few others. The legs arent real just positioned so it looks like someone is sat there. #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #bnw #blackandwhite #mono #monochrome #photographersofbluesky #photooftheday #legs #dummy #crocs

Its a shame its not on a main road. The artwork on the door and woodwork below is rather lovely and should be seen not hidden away #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #bnw #blackandwhite #mono #monochrome #photographersofbluesky #photooftheday #painting #urban #buildiing

I was on a wander round the local alleyways and back roads and just looked up at the flats and then shot this at pretty much the same angle #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #blackandwhite #monochrome #photographersofbluesky #flats #plants #urban #apartment

Dark Black Effect @ramsghetto.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

It was an awkward shot as you can see by the black railing and the stuffed whatever it is that wouldn't move back a little bit so this is it 🙂 #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #blackandwhite #monochrome #photographersofbluesky #graveyard #headstones #graves #puppet

One of the fantastic door arches at St Georges church at the top of town. I sat there for a while taking in the quiet before going back to the noise #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #blackandwhite #monochrome #photographersofbluesky #architecture #church

#OTD 1877 Granville Marina in Ramsgate was opened by the Mayor of London, with 7,000 celebrating well into the evening. A number of houses were built into the cliff face. London lawyer Mr E. Davis had developed the site, and also owned the Granville Hotel and Granville Estate.

A beautifully weathered bit of graffiti from the same alley as yesterdays. Again ten years old but a bit more aged. Smile #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #blackandwhite #monochrome #photooftheday #photographersofbluesky #urban #graffiti #spray

I remember doing exactly this when i was younger. That place has seen plenty of lads help each other up those stones over the years #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #blackandwhite #monochrome #photooftheday #photographersofbluesky #urban #humansofbluesky

i thought i would stick with buildings. This is an old church in town now used as a school, i went to Boys Brigade there when i was young. It was fantastic Inside then #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #blackandwhite #monochrome #photooftheday #photographersofbluesky #architecture #church

Dark Black Effect @ramsghetto.bsky.social · 13/06/2026

Just to stick to fanatstic looking buildings and there are many in Ramsgate this is probably my favourite along the seafront past the usual tourist bits #ramsgate #kent #photography #photo #blackandwhite #monochrome #photooftheday #photographersofbluesky #urban #archetecture #buildings

Dark Black Effect @ramsghetto.bsky.social · 12/06/2026
