Rambleon @rambleon.bsky.social · 21/07/2026Biggest issue is charging speed. You need more abundant DC chargers not the AC chargers, to get that 15-20 min coffee break top up. I have zero range anxiety and my EV does around 500km’s subject to environmental conditions on the days I use it. Would I like more range, sure, but it’s not an issue. 030

I do monthly 350-400km each way trip to see family and charge once on a public charger. I’ve done 1000km trips and charged once or twice whilst shopping or eating. 120

You also fail to call out Hybrids, a greenwashing exercise at best. My EV is charged by my rooftop solar, free and clean. 140

Even @ 150KW you can still be sitting around for at least half an hour and often much longer, because they share the KW’s and reduce input accordingly. 210
