I made this for a Dutch Comicbook podcast called #ComicTalkNL. We don't have a lot of those. And these guys are doing a great job. They are reaching the 200th episode of their podcast. So I made this as a little celebration.

After a pause for about 2,5 months from Facebook, I already shut it off after a week back. Yeah... no... There is still good folk there, but some people are definitely peeing in the pool, and I don't want to get back in anymore...

Wow. Blast from the past. With the original English dub voice cast. As if I'm not nostalgic enough for the 90's as it is in this miserable time. 😅

Not going to lie.I've been nervous about the situation since the US elections. Even as a European. But after the whole München thing, it's turned into complete anxiety. Walking around with a pit in my stomach. This whole situation is ridiculously insane. Worried about Germany and Canada's elections.

I'm wondering... I'm working on a 160 pages comicbook project that has to be done around june/ July. But these days, I'm so tired that I start dosing off while I'm working. Is there anyone with tips to get some pep back? Don't want to become caffeine dependent.

I miss the time that punching Nazi's in the face was cheered about. That rapists and traitors went to jail. Not put in a government... Now, we truly have a US Nazi state in the world... Please, let him not reach 80...

I'm sick of the world at the moment... I'm going to shut down social media for a couple of weeks. I'm done with all the misery, bullshit and crap these days... I am nothing but tired and angry. See ya in February.

I wonder. How many of you are also on #Cara? I would like that Cara has as much of a success as Bluesky have.

This year, my new comic will be out: Drakenridders II - De Geliefden! It's a sequel to Drakenridders. I'll be posting some art from it over the next couple of months in the lead up to the release. It will be published by MENLU Comics in Dutch.

Pfff... Seeing all these art and artists together really gives me the notice that my work is seriously lacking... Like a lot. I'm just too tired...

Guess I should start sharing something from what I do. Ok... What to begin with. Let's do these three... These are three pieces for a triptych, which was for a commission from some time ago.

Fantasy drawing made with ink. A big warrior woman protecting and shielding two hurt men.

Fantasy drawing in ink with a big army of orcs and trolls marching from a great distance. On the horizon, you see a depiction of a demon like king.

Fantasy drawing in ink. Two valkyries fighting of orcs and trolls. One valkyrie stabs a monster through the skull with a spear. While the other is sitting on a big rearing horse with wings in the background.

I'm honest enough to admit that I'm petty enough that I hope they'll blast Kim Dracula's Drown from massive concert speakers on repeat at whole the orange nazi's inauguration... 🫠 Full out..

Welcome, new followers! 👋🤠 Here's also a few non-Wynonna Earp commissions I've done throughout recent years.

Commissioned artwork in pen and Copic markers, featuring Ava and Beatrice from the Warrior Nun tv show. They're in full battle gear.

Commissioned artwork in pen and Copic markers, featuring Ava and Beatrice from the Warrior Nun tv show. They're in casual wear, hanging out together.

Commissioned artwork in pen and Copic markers, featuring Raelle from the Motherland: Fort Salem tv show. She's chilling.

I wonder? What will we say at 00:00 jan 1st 2025? 'Happy new year' or just 'hey, a new year'?.. Because we all know it's going to suck... (To be honest, I don't think my mind can't handle another 4 years of dread... It has nothing but anxiety since 2016... )

I still just can't wrap my head around the fact that, once again, we have to wake up every day thinking,'Is this the day that the dumb nazi buffoon and his bozo henchmen will fuck everything up?', for the next, at least, 4 years...

So, now Bluesky is open for all. Are there any protections against the hatemongers and A.I. fakers?

Earlier this year, the Dutch publisher Dark Dragon Books published a black and white edition of Barry Windsor Smith his Weapon X book. Nicely collected in a hardcover with extra content like two extra stories with Lady Deathstrike and cover work. Al in splendid black and white grandeur. Pure beauty

I've got myself something new to share. This is a new version of writer #XavierDorison and artist #MathieuLauffray 's Long John Silver black and white edition published by Niffle. It's gorgeous!

And it took a long time but it finally arrived today. Actually surprise me. Didn't expected it today. It's #IDW # Marvel #MichaelGolden's #MarvelStories. It arrived in better condition than the #KevinNowlan book. Different mailsystem. But I'm glad it's here.😁

I've got myself a new little toy to play with. This is a Pilot Parallel Pen 2,4mm. Already tried it out. Actually kinda fun and interesting. It struggles a bit on rougher paper, though.

Now that it turns out that Meta has been stealing/training their AI with our personal images I need to start to take an effort in Bluesky and start to make a leave from Facebook and Instagram. Let's start with a nice gift I gave myself. #KevinNowlan #MarvelHeroes #ArtistsEdition. 😁
