Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 1hWatched: Out of Darkness 🍿 #10 of 31 Not so much horror but instead a survival movie. Cinematography was amazing. Story was kinda eh. Glad I saw it, but I don’t need to see it again. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 15/10/2026Watched: Marshmallow 🍿 #9 of 31 Summer camp gone wrong, but then you learn it’s not really summer camp and there’s a lot of fuckery going on. I liked it. The kids know how to act. 3/5 stars. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 15/10/2026Trying to get more into photography and that means taking more photos, but also sharing them because what use are they sitting on an SSD. Here’s some from this past weekend’s Fiesta Baltimore Fiesta and Parade. 📸: OM System OM-3 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 14/10/2026I wish I could copy and paste this entire post by Karl Bode, but I guess that’s what links are for. Casey Newton And John Gruber Slink Back To Elon Musk’s Right-Wing Propaganda Machine. The quickness morals are set aside and excuses made just to be a part of the AI in-crowd is disgusting. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 14/10/2026Watched: Terrifier 2 🍿 #8 of 31 Continuing the Terrifier series. More of the same from the first movie, but taken up a few notches. I wonder how much the fake blood budget was for this movie? 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 13/10/2026Watched: Terrifier 🍿 #7 of 31 A rewatch of Terrifier for spooky season since Jacy hasn’t seen it. Over the top violent and gory with plenty of camp. Art the Clown is a horror movie icon. 000

Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 12/10/2026Trump tells fans he could say the ‘stupidest things’ and they would cheer. They agree. To quote the lady in red behind him, “hahaha that’s true." The only thing getting me through all this is the fact that this is a cult of personality – an abhorrent one. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 12/10/2026The Problem Is Right Wing Extremism, Not ‘Polarization’ Karl Bode on the media’s fear of calling it like it is – right wing extremism and not polarization – that’s the issue. Calling it polarization is just capitulating to fascism. 011
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 12/10/2026Watched: Creep 2 🍿 #6 of 31 Continuing with Creep 2 after watching Creep a couple days ago. This sequel did everything the original did, but better. Loved it. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 12/10/2026Photography While Screaming Via Jerred Z at Megapixel Road I’m trying to pick up photography as the new hobby of my 40s and I find the thought processes in this post interesting and inspiring. The photos are great too. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Watched: Creep 🍿 #5/31 Great movie. It’s unsettling how well Mark Duplass played a serial killer. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Watched: It Feeds 🍿 #4/31 This was not on the radar — just found it scrolling. Wasn’t bad. Wasn’t particularly good. Agatha is a terrible friend. 000

Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Watched: Backrooms 🍿 Gave this a watch last week, but forgot to share my thoughts. It was meh. Maybe the web series was better, but the movie didn’t grab me. Obsession was much better. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 06/10/2026I’ve had Mint Mobile for years with no issue. I updated to iOS 27 and blew through 20+ GBs in a matter of days – leading me to having to re-up a couple times. Turns out “Connectivity Assist” was chewing through my data. I quickly turned it off, but this was an expensive update. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Watched: The Taking of Deborah Logan 🍿 #2. A rewatch for me and new to Jacy. The only thing that I remember is the final scene of the climax. It’s been so long since I’ve last watched this that I forgot how disturbing the rest of the movie is. One of my favorites. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Watched: Mārama 🍿 A few days delayed but starting 31 movies for Halloween. Got the Shudder subscription for the occasion and starting out with this gothic revenge horror. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Another quick photo from leaving the mountains. Coming down the mountain and stopping here for beans and a cup of coffee is one of my favorite parts of visiting Shenandoah. It’s ritual. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Took a weekend trip to Shenandoah National Park for my sister’s wedding. Most of the weekend was washed out by rain, but the woods mixed with the rain, lights around the lodge, and bright red chairs made for nice photos. I have a few hundred on the OM-3 I need to review, but I love this phone snap. 000

Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Turned 40 a few days ago and now I have my first new injury. What I thought was a heel bruise, I’m now 98% certain is plantar fasciitis. Excuse me while I draft up my last will and testament. 000
Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Finished reading: A Walk in the Park by Kevin Fedarko 📚 This was a joy to listen to. Rob is Rob @ralexralex.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Watched: The Whisper Man 🍿 I had much higher hopes seeing the cast. This leans heavily on one of my most hated tropes — law enforcement incompetence is the driver of suspense. 000
