Relationships of any kind are hard to navigate, at least in my opinion. I'm never quite sure of where I stand sometimes, but I have to believe they care. It'd be rough and probably hard, but if you can, maybe you could have an open and honest conversation with the people you feel isolated from?

And I haven't figured out a good way to cope other than with distractions. Anxiety and depression suck MAJOR nards. It's always a battle. It's always exhausting and it's always wrong. You are loved so much by your friends, it's very hard to remember sometimes, but it's true.

Like, they care, but not as much as I want them to. I used to spiral all the time in highschool and I occasionally get into a spiral even today. Hard to get out of for sure. My meds definitely help keep it stable but it breaks through. No method is perfect.

I struggle with this so much as well. I'm not gonna say I relate to your individual situation as I believe NO ONE can relate perfectly. Only somewhat relevant events can come close. But, I still have this issue with feeling unwanted or unloved from friends and family.
