You should be asking why Rockstar gets to do this and doesn't run into any issues with payment processors, while the rest of anyone drawing or writing "explicit content" on any platform have so much trouble getting paid

The bill has been opened to feedback. Rather than dooming about the proposal, you can tell them exactly how you feel about the act here. ec.europa.eu/info/law/bet... With how much of an uphill battle Chat Control is having, you should never assume it's worthless to fight these draconian bills.

CSP being pressed to take even just /kissing/ off their asset store and FA being told that plus sized characters are considered adult should be a giant waving red flag to folks. Sex workers have /always/ been right to say these policies never stop with 1 type of content. They always wanna ban more.

The spooky cute girls are up for auction! The auctions start at $60 with an AB of $150, EXCEPT FOR ZORUA, I really want to keep her, so she is only available for the full AB price of 150. If I have to let her go, I gotta know she'll be taken care of. Auctions end on October 2nd 11 pm pst

its fun to see pony art starting to emerge from artists whose pony work has long been dormant

I'm really sorry to tell you this, but it's not. It comes from the incel boards from 4chan and reddit, so that should tell you a lot in of itself

do you think i could write fa+ off as a business expense? x3 it would technically be for my work

I'm glad you took the feedback seriously. It's easy to get swept up in trends, but one must keep an eye out for any red flags that may get swept under the radar with the excitement. Not just the subject matter and its owner, but also things like the term 'foid'

FA regardless of your personal feelings, is the core of the fandom and losing it would mean YEARS AND YEARS of art, messages, pages, and memorials for people that have passed, would be gone. We CANNOT allow ourselves to rely simply on sites like bsky, twitter, insta, etc. etc. to be our defaults.

Obviously sfw and pinups would be fine. If the character has been draw doing it, then it's probably fine too. If it's a kink I have drawn for myself? Also probably completely fine x3 There are some kinks I have drawn that I don't personally have, so if you aren't sure, just check with me!

I always have zero expectations of getting fan art, so the idea of it being something someone would even think of? Amazing, I'd never stop gushing. I love every piece someone has gifted to me! As long as it's nothing super out of character for my oc's or kinks I don't have, I'd be happy x3
