Hm. Apparently MSPaint finally added arbitrary rotation at some point, so you can just rotate shapes after making them, selections, etc. I'd noticed the shapes thing a week or two ago but I hadn't realized you could rotate selections until today.

Signs. I was 10 when this movie came out, but at that age I still had a VERY active imagination to fill in the low-res gaps. I'm sure there were earlier ones, but this is the first that comes to mind. www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIhn...

I hate how much I've been cancelling lately, but I need to pull the plug on today. Pretty sure it's food poisoning made significantly worse by having fast food for lunch while I was out with my housemate. (Which means it's Grime again on Tuesday... yay...)

The Scotsman will not be making an appearance... as far as I know. It's been a while since I saw anything on this game.

Think I'm finally going for Onimusha Dawn of Dreams. It's two discs on PS2 so it likely won't be as fast as the previous three games and I'm not really feeling a traditional RPG right now anyway. Initial testing looked fine, but obviously I don't know if there'll be any hiccups later in.

Think we're just going to "relax" with some Barony tomorrow for Flex Day. Not sure if I'll do a more generic playthrough for once or keep banging my head against the DLC classes.

In your own defense this is your first speaking LP in what, three years minimum based on a quick glance? You're rusty at it and jumped into the deep end after seemingly getting a little confidence off the Tyr stuff. It's fine and isn't worth completely abandoning everything.

Yeah, it went bad. Not in the way I expected, but a screaming match in VERY close quarters with both sides trying to use me for a witness for their BS.

Also yes this was the first thing to pass the barest minimum of project testing. With how my brain's been fighting me I didn't want to second-guess it and take chances.

Rain @rainnero.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

In other news, our new Tuesday Project will be Grime! To my limited understanding it's a sorta soulslike, sorta metroidvania where you play a sentient black hole!

It is 2026. Please stop having your games lock the mouse to the window and mute on alt-tab. Please. I beg you.

Rain @rainnero.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

My brain is just absolutely rebelling against project testing for some reason. I've only gone through two (and rejected both) potentials and haven't gotten to the point of downloading a third without my brain always hardstopping me for some reason or other.

And THIS is how I find out about that (after he put out an anti-ai video a year or so ago?). I'm so glad I have another background music channel because unfortunately GameChops is getting the axe as well because of this.

Going live with Metroid Prime Origins! We've stumbled our way through most of the game already and only the back third (at most) remains. Now the real question is: did the devs shake things up, or is it going to be mostly by the numbers for this last bit? www.twitch.tv/RainNero

Have to cancel stream due to housemate drama. Small One royally screwed her current living arrangement and is moving in for the foreseeable future, which unfortunately means background noise and me probably being dragged to help. Found out like two minutes ago.
