That could be considered a matter of National Security, bolstering the most remote parts of our nation. And yes Congress passes laws but there is always some administrative service needed to enact them

I just left a review on Microsoft that it's still the best audio quality meeting app I use. I picked it up again during the pandemic when Google Hangouts video was failing me repeatedly and zoom was choppy.
