Uh, yeah ... so a birdie just told me about a felony DV case coming out of Clackamas County, apparently the result of a Thanksgiving weekend strangulation allegedly perpetrated by an active duty PPB officer, in the presence of five different minor witnesses. Arraignment set for Thursday afternoon.
Docket header for case 25CR67998, State v Jimmy Pryce, listing first charge of a Class C Felony: Strangulation Constituting Domestic ViolenceText of second charge:
Assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence
Count 2 (ORS 163.160)
Class C Felony
The defendant, on or about November 29, 2026, in Clackamas County, Oregon, did unlawfully and intentionally, knowing and recklessly cause physical injury to <VICTIM NAME REDACTED>, and the assault was committed in the immediate presence of and was witnessed by defendant's minor child, defendant's minor stepchild, the minor child of the above named victim, the minor stepchild of the above named victim, and a minor child residing within the residence of the victim.
The State further alleges this act constitutes a crime of domestic violence.

So let me get this straight, Portland is a war zone that requires hundreds of federalized soldiers to patrol, entirely focused around one city block where the ICE detention facility is. The same block that was able to successfully host a public protest while Homeland Secretary Kristi Noem relaxed

I know this doesn't make a lot of sense right now, but I hope later tonight it will

As I'm working on the writeup for Tuesday's court case, I do want to real quick put end to the lie going around that Ms. Araujo's dismissal was through some 'nefarious shenanigans that no one saw coming' The court specifically noted technical issues that the DA couldn't resolve in a timely
A screen capture of part of the dismissal of the criminal case against Isabel Araujo based on a hearing on January 21st. The dismissal in particular states:
Defense' Motion to Dismiss due to discovery violations by the State is GRANTED without prejudice.

In handwritten notes underneath, Judge Brown continues:
The court notes that the violation was due to policy in how discovery of BWC [Body Worn Camera] recordings are sent to defense, and NOT as a result of any wrongdoing by the case DDA [Deputy District Attorney]

Right on q, Andy has now used Katie's lives to repeat the same one. I predict that within the next 6 to 8 hours, TPM will have an article referencing Andy's tweets as evidence for their factuality. I wonder how long they can keep this up until they have to admit the cases already dismissed

I don't normally try to post things from the old site, but considering Katie will never make an account here, I kind of have to. She is knowingly actively pedaling this information considering she left the courtroom

I have always found this quote on the Multnomah county Justice center to be incredibly ironic considering how much of a two tier system we have in this country

Someone is lying on the bird app. As a journalist in the courtroom, the only person who has asked the court for permission to do photography has been working for the Post Millenial. After being denied the ability to take photos, she walked out in a huff.

On our way to the courthouse for the official day one of the Azar criminal trial. We will not be able to send messages while court is in session, so updates will be periodic. Stay tuned for more!

I don't expect much to come of it today, but on my way to Clackamas county for the first day of Alyssa's criminal trial. The DA is going after her for riot as well as macing people. They claim she was responsible for organizing a 2021 protest by encouraging people to arrive on her Twitter.

Hell he even took an article claiming that Google intervened on behalf of the Democrats like 40 times in an election cycle and claimed without evidence that it was actually thousands of times.

Hey Jeff! I didn't dox anyone. I accessed publicly available records. Like I advised you before your friends got my bird account nuked, your 2021 case hasn't been sealed yet. The DA still has a chance to respond to the motion filed in December.
