Normalise telling your loved ones how much you love and appreciate them Life is both beautiful and terrifying No one should feel alone Cast aside your personal feelings and just appreciate what you have Learn from all the experiences you've had

It's a bit weird and sad knowing this year my uncle isn't around for his birthday which was always the day before mine I felt closer to him as we were the only Libras in the family, now I'm that only one Silly little things huh? 😅

Rest in peace, Ben Incredible wrestler I had the honour to see live 7 years ago at a small venue and always loved seeing him fly in the ring So surprised he's gone at only 40 😔

So much room!!! Gone are the days where I need to ask for a seat belt extension. I'm 6.35kg/1 stone lighter than last time I flew in May as well ☺️

A long shower feels even better in an overpriced hotel room 🤭 Get that monies worth and my anxiety feels much better! Man I love Australia but I hate the 13 1/2 hour and 7 1/2 flights tomorrow 🫤 I get so restless and can't sleep, even with Diltziaprem!

Mental health flopped tonight after struggling all day and took my physical health with it Instead of being reckless I allow myself to slow down. Think about what I want. Make sure my responsibilities at home are done and have a nice shower before bed I think all the stress caught up to me 💜
