1. Jo sits at a desk in front of a laptop (that has a smiley face on the screen). She clasps her fingers together and stretches them outward, eyes closed and smiling.
Jo: "Okay! Let's get my first comic collection published! I can do this!"
2. Jo adjusts her glasses with one hand, peering down at the screen.
Jo: "'Describe your book.'"
3. Jo: "UGHHH this is SO MUCH WORK"
Jo slumps back in her chair, hands hang down in dispair, her face in complete distress and turmoil. Life is cruel.

106. Knot My Type, by Evie Mitchell (All Access #1) 💙📚🎧🌶️📚 Loved the representation, and fun spice 🤭 But this was too insta-love and moved so quick. Also. "Snatch" is NOT A SEXY WORD. DON'T USE IT! AND DON'T USE IT REPEATEDLY!! WTF?? Also, "RAINBOW" IS A TERRIBLE NICKNAME. WTF. STAHP IT 🫣

105. Taipei Story, by R.F. Kuang 💙📚🎧 I liked the exploration, the connections, the food. 🤭 But overall I wanted to like this more than I did. I didn't enjoy the writing as much as I was hoping to, same with the memoir / journal style. It did pull me back in for the last third or so. 3.25⭐?

A large sign at the top that looks like a speech bubble with "Rainbow of Crazy Comics". On the left is a smaller sign featuring three rabbits from the comic, and a speech bubble above that says "Rainbow of Crazy Comics Volume One". In the middle is volume one of the comic (OG cover!) on a stand. Below that is a hand painted stone of a white unicorn (my helpful paperweight for extra stability for the stand). On the right is an easel with a large sheet of blank paper. Below is another sign that says "Stickers"
