I might continue Skycross in my own time and pace at a later time during or after the event, but I’ll be somewhat MIA for the next week or so. Kind of sad I barely crossed the start line this time, but hopefully I’ll be back with a few more pieces?? There were some prompts I wanted to draw-

— Carlotta : HC / Interactions! Busybody of the Cradle, I want Carlotta to meet more people, friends or enemies, etc.! An ESPer, she goes around helping people and accepts compensation if they wish to repay her. Former Scarlet Zenith and Astral Ciel, hoverboard and gossip enthusiast. #skycross

Sketch of a character named Carlotta, mainly done in a single shade of red. She has long hair hair in a ponytail and a smile on her face directed to the audience. Her left hand is aloft, using her ESP abilities to pick up the hoverboard into her grasp. The text on the image says “HCs! ft. Carlotta”.

I am not cool so no voice samples from me, but Carlotta by default has a deep voice. She has a bit more energy here so her voice sounds a little more higher pitched, with bursts of energy when she gets passionate about something. Her tone pitches a lot when she drones on and on. #skycross

Carlotta’s siXth sense is mostly pros when it comes to utility, but golden sparkles on things 24/7 is kind of annoying… There’s also that pain in her eye that subsided that she doesn’t know if it’s gone or just causing problems silently. #skycross

Carlotta experienced a sudden sharp pain in her eyes that slowly subsided. Her siXth sense [ Threads of the Heart ] doesn’t manifest outwardly, so I thought it made sense that disruptive awakening was within her. #skycross

wip of my original character deine in the laboratory. she has her full lab suit on with lab glasses and is standing near a bunsen burner with the flame going. she has a loop in her right hand along with the cap of the culture tube in her left hand. the camera is looking up towards deine, the lighting and perspective making it a bit ominous. the text ‘inoculation of aerisbacter sequestralis strain r24 - isolated by E. Day 4: Experiment A scene from the recent past, shortly after Carlotta awakened her siXth sense. Another simple piece. I knew I wanted some researchers in the foreground, but I’m not too happy with how boring this looks. I hope this sheds a bit of insight to Carlotta’s powers origins? #skycross

A drawing in monochrome red. In the foreground is a frame with a fitted glass pane. Beyond it are two seated researchers in the foreground, conversing with a young girl on the other side of the table. The wavy haired girl sits with her arms on the table, a blank expression on her face as she listened to the researchers’ dialogue.

TEXT TRANSCRIPT:

Day 4: Experiment
—The following is a conversation from a recent past.

Since a young age, Carlotta had been instilled
with many different values her parents wanted
to uphold. Looking back at it, Carlotta regretted the honesty she valued when she expressed her discomfort to the researchers behind the glass.

“There’s something wrong with my vision…”

The researchers took it as a good sign that there was a change within the girl. They didn’t think it was concerning that the girl had pain in her eyes, nor were the flashes of gold in her vision something they had to remedy.

To them, it was proof that something was growing within her, a change they had been hoping to trigger, but what it was, they weren’t sure just yet.

To be certain, they had to run tests and experiments, putting her in scenarios to try to figure out what it was. From droning talks to simple tasks, to oddly specific instructions and quizzically comical demands.

It had made sense to her to address the discomfort in her eyes, but that seemed neglected. Whether it was tolerance, or the pain eventually subsided, Carlotta didn’t know, but it was alarming how little they cared about her wellbeing, engrossed over the powers she might have awakened.

Perhaps it was because she had spoken out that she was able to understand how her powers worked, the golden glow she saw changing and shifting targets with every new individual she came in contact with. It was only then that they could draw her own hypothesis, but perhaps even if she didn’t speak out, someone would have caught on, be it her own parents or other ESPers in her vicinity.

Whatever she did, it was too late to regret. What was done was done, and what was learned was learned. Even if their experiment was successful,
it didn’t stop anything.

A new experiment started anew.

Day 3: Training A scene from a recent past… This piece connects with Day 4 so stay tuned hh- While current Carlotta isn’t too fussed about training, she makes sure she still has the full extent of her powers! Otherwise the training younger her went through would be for naught. #skycross

TEXT TRANSCRIPT:

Day 3: Training
—The following is a conversation from a recent past.

“That girl… nothing has been observed of her?”

“No, sir. That’s the only one who hasn’t had an outburst, so we don’t think she’s been affected by Chemical X.”

“Bizarre… She’s the ESPer child, correct?”

“Yes, but she hasn’t demonstrated anything outside her ESP. They seem quite similar to her parents’ so far, only on an inferior scale.”

“Well, if nothing has been observed from her,
at least train her to use her ESP powers.
That is the least she could do for Scarlet Zenith.”

“Noted, sir. I’ll send her to training.”

A character sheet for the art event SKYxCROSSING 2026. It depicts a spherical robot with cat ears, floating round paws, teal highlights and a long tail with a pink ribbon attached to the end of it. The text next to it is as follows:

E-SERIES N°201 TYPE-M
Nicknamed « Beepy ». An Euthymia series robot from Charis Corp, created for the sake of entertainment and moral support through musical performance. Usually assigned to an individual, this model seems to operate on its own...

Notes:
- Communicates through kaomoji displayed on its main screen and digitalized chirps.
- Has access to a very large music library of varied genres. Very good at recommendations.
- Somehow able to make standalone decisions.
- Your best friend!

A character sheet for the art event SKYxCROSSING 2026. It depicts an androgynous young man with long black hair, light purple eyes, and violet highlights in their hair, dressed in cyberpunk-ish attire and floating on a black background. Teal light screens float around him as they are typing on them, and the end of their body is swallowed in teal light, slowly dismantling itself into pixels. The text next to them is as follows:

ACP-Λ-111521 ‘"LAMBDA"

A former test subject who lost their body in an experiment aiming to create artificial catalysts. Their consciousness was corrupted when the experiment backfired, and was discarded as garbage data. Through sheer determination, they managed to salvage themself and survive, and now exist as a sentient virus haunting a service-type robot. Works as a hacker since.

Notes:
- Bitter, jaded, cynical and fake. They lost a good amount of their memories because of the incident, damaging their sense of self and making them very volatile.
- Loathes relying on others. Will usually only interact with others if hired or the situation really requires it.
- Considers music the last link to their previous existence. Back then, they were told to treasure their love for it by someone dear to them...whose face they no longer remember.

Fighting against her tendency to be 10 minutes early to everything, Clive has arrived fashionably late to the #OcWinterBall ! With pearl accents crafted by herself, as well as a crystal cut by her, she has decided to engage in aesthetic violence.

A drawing of my character Clive. The background is snowy, with blurred out pine trees in the BG. There is text saying "OC Winter Ball" in a fancy font. Along the side is text saying "Draw your OC at the yule ball."

Clive is a humanoid with pointed ears, tanned and freckled skin, sharp grey eyes, and red hair with a dark pink hue. She is dressed in a princely white outfit that includes a decorative under-bust corset. She is notably flat chested. She has blue-toned Dahlias on various parts of the outfit, but a pink-toned Dahlia in her hair. There are pearl accents here and there, including one that hangs down from the flower on her hip, and ends in a bold fuchsia pink crystal. Her shoes are white. She also has gloves, and a cloak with fancy embroidery.

A chibi of my character Alice, a planet AI who oversees the last known vestiges of humanity. She has long sunshine yellow hair that is up in a one-sided ponytail, with long strands hanging down on either side of her face. She has a strange bang configuration. She is pale-skinned, with purple eyes. In the pupils of her eyes are a 'digital' effect intended to suggest extra processing. She is wearing a short a-line dress with several petticoats underneath, purple shoes, and small purple details along various parts of the outfit. She has star accents in her hair, at her neck, and on the outside of her purple shoes. There are little rainbow details near the star at her neck, and on one of her star hairclips.
