Yeah, and they want their money so fast and so bad, they sound like an addict. When i lived with my Nana, the local hospital kept billing her for a payment of not even a single damn dollar, and she paid, in Pennies, with a note saying "heres your damn change, shut up and leave me the hell alone!"
