Our "rainy season" is typically December through March, so this is an anomaly. By the time Hurricane Rachel hits Baja, it will become a tropical storm when it crosses into San Diego. Wind and rain damage will be expected. Hope we don't lose power or I'll miss the Dolphins game against Cincy.
