The Senate failed to discharge Sen. Warnock's War Powers Resolution, 47-48. Three Ds did not vote, including CO Sen. Michael Bennet, and Sens. Booker and Sanders. 4 Rs voted in favor: Cassidy, Collins, Murkowski & Paul, while D Sen Fetterman voted against.
