Happy Easter! Christ is risen! Glad that this cake made it to church safely despite the best attempts of the weather (cardboard cake box was surprisingly waterproof). #HappyEaster #Easter #Faith #Christian #Methodist

A chocolate cake with the words "Love without fear" on the top, sticking up out of the cake. The icing is rough, like stone, with a patch of gold shimmer.

From a couple of weeks ago - you can just see the crocuses getting ready in the (blurred) background :) #BloomScrolling #Flowers

Close up of snowdrops just opened. More white flowers are blurred into the background.

Close up of many crocuses, white and bright purple in full bloom, from ground level. They're stretching off into the distance with a few tree trunks in the background.

Pulled this out of a drawer and fussed with the petals. I should wear these more often... What do you like to do with fabric scraps? #Sewing #Crafts #Fabric #Scraps

Red fabric flower with a white button center. The flower is attached to a hair slide and sits on a laptop. The fabric has a nice sheen.

[bat] We had an unusual visitor in church yesterday evening. I'm not sure it appreciated the singing... #bat

A small brown bat clings to stone pillar. It's hanging upside down.

The park was looking good today :) #AlexandraPark #Dennistoun #Glasgow

Sunset just beginning over a large pond edged with trees. The sky is blue and the sun has silver-lined some small fluffy clouds. The pond is still and calm.

Blackberries, for tall people, a few weeks too early for Scotland surely... #climate #ClimateDiary #Glasgow

Blackberry brambles up a steep bank. Lower berries are mostly red, some black. Upper berries are fully ripe if you're tall enough! The corner of a railway station sign is about halfway up the picture.

And here are the warming stripes for #Glasgow Find your area's stripes at showyourstripes.info

Vertical stripes coloured to indicate the average annual temperature, one stripe per year. Blue tones to the left, including some very dark blue, give way to peach then red tones towards the right - with some very dark red on the last few stripes.
