I love how it goes from live action to cartoon when he flies. Then reverts to live action when he lands. It definitely blends better for far-away black-and-white shots. That was a great idea for the era.

Wouldn't move the needle. An insider would say 'Trump did x.' Next thing you know Trump says 'fake news.' His base resets to being indifferent. Not to say there haven't been plenty of ex-Trump insiders who've revealed awful details about him. For example, his ex-lawyer/fixer testified against him.

Also love the humor in this movie. The mc is a gamer and a terrible shot. With padlocks being the bane of his existence in this movie. It is also wonderful seeing the inexperienced survivors talking to each other! 5️⃣

You really could have named this movie anything else. Change a few names of organizations and places. Then no RE fan would have known this is from the universe that gave us the Lickers, Hunters, Chimeras, Tyrants, etc. It's a weird choice, but a fun movie. 3️⃣
