Currently onl 10mg of IR adderall 2x a say. The ER was good but they've been out of supply sadly. Like once I'm doing the task it's fine but there's this weird brick wall between me and the task Its so weird. Meds will help for a bit but I gotta find a good routine to make my brain just WORK

Pros to going outside more: good for my mental health Cons: it causes my autoimmune disease to flare up and the next say im in crippling pain and can barely move Been trying to manage that more so I'm not trapped inside all the time + not moving is ALSO bad for me LOL

Can someone help I have a laptop, its a very good gamer laptop But when I use an HDMI splitter for my monitor and drawing tablet it doesn't work I got a USB to HDMI too, doesn't work for 2 monitors Both work when it's 1 monitor But the second I add the second they are black screen :(
