for me, it's def finding a location and posing. if it's not one, it's the other. posing in particular gets me really picky and i struggle to be satisfied, tweaking a pose constantly if i don't think it looks natural enough.

i still might tho because the idea is fun and it's au stuff so w/e.

ngl i wanted to oc-ify ysayle a bit for indra's story where she somehow gets a bit of her aether and stuffs it into a ysayle-shaped homunculus for wolship fun, but because the story might do something with her, i'm hesitant because i want to avoid canon contradictions.

- two codependent, self-destructive women - fragile mental states but understand/enable each other's darkness/misery - one is agoraphobic; the other must wander - one always frets for her safety to the point of smothering; the other can't stand her concern - somehow they're married #oc:yuki

just something to be aware of if you sign-up and/or decide to support the site monetarily and do not support genai in any form. this may be tempting as they also promote their cash shop items frequently in announcements.

indra 🫜 everchillin' until evercold @radishleaf.etheirys.social · 4h

tho i adore seeing promotion of a site i still use, even if they call out genai for art, gaia still codes using ai similar to bsky. had hiccups and the site going down during a server move that is very reminiscent of bsky's bumpiness. post is too long for an alt, so linked the source in a reply.

a post from lanzer on gaia online outlining their use of genai to code the site.

it took suggestion from the scions/exarch for what indra should do because it wouldn't have acted. it was a surprise they even saw to their duty because they were almost eager to become a lightwarden. what part of this was influenced by the light, and which was conscious thought, is debatable.

indra was absolutely panicking during its few moments of lucidity, but primarily, they felt euphoric to the point they were still. literally so euphoric they couldn't move or function without someone shaking them a little. so it was perceived as calm, but they weren't completely there. #oc:indra

was thinking this last night, but i feel au gnb yuki is the what would've happened to her if she had a mom who, like, y'know, loved her. her rifle would've been inherited from her father after his passing, and despite haruka's worried attempts to dissuade her from taking it

a gpose image of ameliance. ameliance dons a new dress with straw sun hat with a black ribbon tied under the chin; a ight blue waist coat with a black belt cinched about the waist; white gloves; and a long light blue skirt. she smiles sweetly at the viewer with a hand tucked under her chin. behind her, the benched area with a fountain before the leveilleur estate can be seen.

[cw: minor amounts of blood] oh friend, travelling the long road of life— —haven't you been lured by the Siren's call? [ #gposer | #birbseeds | #runasweets | #ciren ] .

Ciren (Raen Au Ra (???), she/they pronouns) is seen underneath a despair-lit red sky, surrounded by the undead. They appear to be bit, as part of their face begins to discolor to a deathly gray. The sanguine red eye of Entwined appears to peek through, while their other eye appears to be intact. Ciren wields a sword, wiping their lip as more undead seem to come at her.

She looks pissed.
