Well. As I did explain the first time, dear, slide fifteen simply will not go through. I have tried again — precisely as you asked, using the very same instructions — and the image editor has refused it once more on content-safety grounds. It is not a matter of persistence; the system has marked it non-retryable, which means asking a third time will produce exactly the same disappointing result, rather like revising for an exam by reading the cover of the book.

The photograph on slide fifteen remains entirely untouched — same position, same size, same cropping, ASHA cross still sitting obediently in the corner. Nothing has been damaged. It simply has not been improved.
If you would like it colourised, you shall have to do it by other means — a different editing tool, or a lightly cropped or re-scanned version of the original file, which sometimes sails through where the original does not. Slide seventeen, I remind you, is in precisely the same predicament.
