A new "arcade lounge" opened up near where I used to work but it is just stocked with a bunch of Arcade1up machines. Why does everything suck?

Wait, I didn't notice when the Pro initially released because the disc drive was extra, but are you saying it also didn't come with a stand while the base model does? They've said they might not come with controllers in the future too, right? Did I imagine that?

Honestly if they merge all of the Paramount, HBO, etc streaming apps into one unnavigable behemoth, I think I'm just gonna VPN MyAEW instead.

CNN making this sound more mysterious than it is. It was Yersinia pestis, the plague, the researcher died because she inhaled it into her lungs and developed pneumonic plague, there is no danger but to those directly exposed in the lab. Fear-mongering in the time of global terror is a sick choice.

I don't doubt it being good or having a good message... It's just hard to watch what's happening in real life and going to a theater to see the same.

I remember really enjoying it. Fun vertical cover shooter sections, plus flying around with a jet pack. It's not going to have the deepest story, and its Nolan North being Nathan Drake again, but I thought the unique gameplay elements made for a exciting adventure.

It's wild that Riot expected a complicated Tag Fighter to be bigger than both Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. Nearly 10 years of dev time and an expensive content pipeline, how was this ever going to "succeed" according to their metrics?

Riot Games Co-Founder admits 2XKO needed possibly millions of active players to be worthwhile

Since WWE's trying to exploit PAC's death, it's time to talk about this: Remember how PAC suddenly had visa issues when AEW started? That's because, when the AEW trademarks were filed, WWE called USCIS to claim he walked out on his visa. After leaving him alone for a year and giving him his release.

The way he sold those DDTs. It was like the impact was so violent his body glitched into a contorted state. I think he was the guy I was most excited to see when AEW was starting and they announced his signing. I knew he was going to be incredible and I'm glad we got to see it.

I remembered this happening with Three Houses and Animal Crossing New Horizons. Then they complained there was no new content and Nintendo abandoned the games. Of course, you blitzed through 300+ hours of content in a few weeks!

Radiant Sol @radiantsol.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Have fun! I just wrapped up doing the same so I can compare the remake with the reality of the game and not my nostalgic memories. Which is interesting since they've been saying they want to target those memories.
