⏳️Some homecare workers report that when they spend less time than scheduled at a care visit, their pay is reduced to reflect that... 🚩 but when they spend more time than scheduled, they are not paid the extra 🤷‍♀️ A fascinatingly one-sided use of technology. #homecare #socialcare #carework
