There's a prevalent feeling of embarrassment when someone knows something we don't. Resistance to training is real - people do not want to feel this way. They don't want to admit they don't know. Training has to ensure that people know why and when this will work FOR THEM and not managers goals.

Labels, I just can't find the positive anymore. While we try to find our tribe, labels throw us into the realms of stereotyping... for kids, this is at best confusing, at worst polarising .... thoughts? Me, I am a human.

Let's support learning on social. Too often I see opinions and polarity. How about we don't just comment, but we show our sources and share qualified perspectives for people to evaluate evidence and open up to both sides! Simple things can be most powerful

AI literacy is not AI awareness. Now we face the true test of AI upskilling. Let's face it, as the transparency of token costs remain a moving target, enterprises will start blowing through their token limits and the real test of your enterprise AI literacy program is going to be assessed. Fun!
