i don’t know what happened but i feel so locked into my current life situation. no way of getting out of it, not being able to escape the dreading doom from the outside world. not really having a point to go forward, but somehow i do in the end.

somewhere along the line i really lost my passion for looking at and creating art i fear. that burning desire to create. bring something to life. but now i’m like “there are enough others who do it”. generally i don’t have any passion anymore that would give me a spark to create.

looked at older art by artists i really liked from before 2020 and it made me realize again that art (and social media really) felt so different and better. it used to feel so whimsy and intriguing, but nowadays i see new art and think “cool 👍”, but no more wonder on how they did it.
