I have just discovered, through a RobWords video, that Time Team is still being made and Tony Robinson is still presenting it. He looks like a kind of cheerful Davros.

It's been a good few years since I did anything with Linux, and I feel like experimenting with Docker and some servers. And it's easy now, so lets go!

Big shoutout to Brother for not insisting I create an account and for having clear and precise instructions as to how to get our new printer working.

Apparently my motorbike insurance has gone down from "Completely astronomical" to merely "I need to sit down for a minute."

A Seat Ibiza tailgating a Lambo is one of the dumber things I've seen recently:

A Seat Ibiza tailgating a Lamborghini like an absolute twat.

Ah, I see the people who've only ever seen other anime adaptations of Ghost in the Shell and never read the original manga have watched the new version. :)

Been meaning to do this for a while. I stopped uploading to Soundcloud because of their AI policy but never got around to shifting to another platform. I've finally started uploading to my previously-empty Bandcamp account.

One of my work-provided WFH monitors just died so I've had to temporarily replace it with one of my own. They're both Dells, but the surrounds are VERY slightly different due to mine being an older model and it's driving me crazy. >__<

This is urgent, please boost. My backpack was stolen and has possibly been dumped somewhere in Köln. I don't have the energy to re-type everything here on bluesky so please check this thread on Chitter for more details: chitter.xyz/@Violet/1150... I will report back here with further news if found.

The market for apps that are basically "This existing software, but how it was 5-8 years ago" is functionally infinite at this point. Every Office app. The entire Adobe suite. It's open season. Hell, ATP tech babble aside, 95 % of Bluesky users are here because it's Twitter with less bullshit
