So this is sorta neat. Ended up using a multiply on the profile icons so the cutout masking could work, also had to recalculate the "real" outline width since the UI is scaled from 1080p. Now it works at lower resolutions and matches the cutout.

The new version of Oblivion is actually quite nice & I’m happy people are experiencing this game I love so much. I know the game by heart, so I’m not really interested in a playthrough but I’m glad it’s out there. Seen so many diehard Skyrim-heads taken aback by just how much they’re enjoying it.
