The physiotherapist told me I have a mild strain in my high hamstring. At the insertion point of my glutes. So now I'm trying to figure out how to still be able to dance while keeping my leg below 90°. It feels tight to lift too high, but also criminal not to stretch to the full extension. Send help

Gonna try to stick with it, because I was just reading an article somewhere that said that humans aren't really meant to socialize with more than 200 people in our immediate community. And that Social Media may be rewiring our innate software by consuming one another in large capacities daily.

The cast was dynamic and the antagonist was this hateful Chinese General who was blackmailing the lead scientist on his team. The whole thing played out like a movie in my head. It reminded me how I love reading. And it got me off my phone for a few hours every day.

Jeff Rovin really had a great pacing. And interesting plot lines. The dialogue nailed the relationships between characters. And more than a few times, I laughed out loud, because I knew exactly who these people were. A hothead sharpshooter. An attorney and military JAG. A hand-to-hand specialist.
