the things i know about endo imply that a hysterectomy probably won't solve the problem to begin with and the absence of a uterus will not prevent endo issues at all, it is not a very well understood disorder but hysterectomies from what ive read do not tend to actually treat endo

it doesn't matter if it makes sense or not for her to be more visibly distraught over liadrin than HER OWN BROTHER because she isn't there to actually be a character, she is there because the player character is constantly invisible and SOMEONE has to express emotional attachment to a death

like surely zul'jarra has to react this way simply because the player character isn't actually a real character, there is no way for the cinematic to allow your character to participate in it emotionally so they project the emotions onto the NPCs
