Johnson doesn’t need anything to intervene other than the knowledge of the wrath he’d face. The scenario is more likely to be “uncertified election equipment” which is what Tina Peters and Heather Honey are telling Trump. Trump will take any excuse to disavow the results.

But we didn’t “end up” with fake counties in 2024. Those results were ONLY shown on DDHQ, and not any other media outlet, because DDHQ had an error in their graphics package. Burke County or any of the others never showed up in official results.

In the counting rooms are party officials from all sides, journalists and election nerds like me. We see the counts. We know what the numbers transmitted to the state should be. Trying to alter those numbers is the quickest way to get caught.

For that theory to work (altered during transmission) would mean election officials press Send and then what, walk away? Election numbers are typically updated every day as ballots are cured and counts are verified. There are so many eyes on those numbers any alteration would be spotted quickly

Almost 96% of country votes on paper ballots or on machines that produce a paper audit trail. “AI” can’t alter paper ballots.
