Fortune weave spoiler for at some point in the game ? It's about Orchel and I don't know when it's supposed to be revealed

I find it funny how the game doesn't talk about it (at least in Leda's route) but it is soooo obvious that Orchel is a robot (or cyborg), like her personal skill, blaze arts and blazetype have gears icone, she's forced to be an armored unit even when her class is a magic class and her blazetype is litteraly named "Automation".

Fun thing about her is that her spells show one of her diadem depending if it's black or white magic, even if the diadem doesn't activate. Because of that I'm more tempted to say that she's fully a robot and not part robot, + her blazetype not being affected by the cursed items when the game make it really clear that they affect the soul, it doesn't work on her like she doesn't have a soul. (+ if she had one, she would be more similar to Eshmel who doesn't have that blazetype but the one that increase naturally but is still affect by cursed items)

I do wonder though what is her link to the one girl with a creepy bear doll, they look really similar so they are linked, but since that girl said "sister" at some point to someone who is definitely not a robot (I think ?) I doubt she is one. So maybe Orchel is a recreation of her because she became crazy ? That doll girl looked like a dragon after all, and I know from other fire emblems that dragons can become crazy because of their lifetime (dunno if that's also a thing in that universe though.)
Orchel did say that she was locked in a temple for most of her life, and she had to hide her face before her mask broke so I think there's something here, not sure if I'm correct though.

late but maybe some answer to some of your questions (with some that are mainly theories but could work as an answer until the next game)

Heavensturn : That's just the start of the Grand Reset, not really linked to Agnès (you probably already know but just saying)

Van's nostalgia at Gramheart residence : I don't think it will be reused (or be new info), it was more to hint at loops, and more precisely that the loop where the game is happening has already happened, like the statue of the mech of Emilia,

For how memories will work out : That's more a theory than anything, but we already have a hint in how they will do this, and that hint is the whole game of Daybreak 2. Each time we do a loop in Daybreak 2, characters know there's something wrong and at some point remember past loops. That + Van's nostalgia (ok maybe I lied about Van's nostalgie not being reused) and Rean/Crow being able to see through the fake sky show that even full loops can let some fragments of memories intact + I'm pretty sure all the groups were in contact/close with an Alter Core (which are mostly Geneses)

For who the 3 masked Vestiges are : Yeah it's probably the three last revolutionary, we had the « bad » one in daybreak 2 so it would make sense to bring the rest back.

Why the Grand Reset happens in 1210 when it did happen later in other loops : Ah now we're getting into incomprehensible territory, that's my specialty, and to show why it makes sense that Epstein journal said that the grand reset will happen 1210, let's go back to... Trails in the Sky SC ! (don't worry, it'll make sense). At the end of the game, after the final boss, we have a little scene where the Weissalt is made, at the start of the scene before Kevin arrive, Weissmann keep saying how it doesn't make sense that he lost because the Grandmaster said he wouldn't until the realisation hit him that she lied. Now that didn't made sense at the time since to be 100% sure that an event will happen, you either have to already seen it happen or can read into the future, and now with the knowledge of the loops, we know that « already seen it happen » is a possi

Now, if you knew what will happen after when a specific person does something, and you knew what will happen after that, you could theorically manipulate the life of that person into precisely what you want, now imagine that but for a whole world. How did Epstein knew the Grand Reset was gonna happen in 1210 ? Because someone was making damn sure it was gonna happen, (and if you're wondering if it can really be a thing, remember how KeA modified the event of Zero to get the ending she wanted ? Or remember how Ka-Fai decided to make some random people his disciples to make sure Rean would be here in Calvard to do his thing ? That's not the first time something like that happened, like even Lapis, who's supposed to be a Singularity, didn't happen in an accident.)

Who's that person ? Hell if I know, maybe the Grandmaster ? She does seem to have a hand in all that, but maybe it's Epstein himself ? We don't know much about him so maybe, but would he have enough reach to manipulate a whole world even when normally dead ?
Maybe both at the same time ?

About Yumé and Mare : Probably not for Mare guiding her, remember how Van had to use the Grendel against Kincaid ? Yumé going to the tower had to happen during the fight (toward the end?) so that's unlikely, + Paulette seemed to understand what was going on while Maxim was kind of panicking but tried to kept calm, so that seems to be more something about them than Mare guiding her. (+ Mare did say that Yumé was unique in a way that she did not specified how, I'm keeping my theory that Yumé and Paulette are part of the Kin of Time, in the same way that the Witches in Erebonia are the Kin of Fire and the Gnomes are the Kin of Earth. And unrelated but still related,

I'm assuming that the weird transformation Agnès did at the end was to forcefully make her a Kin of Time, and if Sunshine Agnès is correct, the Kin of Time special things might be what's written in the book, and there was a part of the mother of the protagonist of the book using her power in front of normal people and then dissappearing because she didn't respect the one rule that everyone like them instinctively knows, so it would explain why Agnès would « dissappear » after hacking the Grand Reset, because she became a Kin of Time and then used her power in front of pretty much everyone, so bye bye she goes after that.)

About the locks of the Sept-Terrion : I'm pretty sure the Sept-Terrion takes 9 nukes before being oppened, so I think the locks are the nukes.

About what the Sept-Terrion of Time is trying to protect : I think it's the opposite, I don't think its trying to protect something from humanity, I think it's protecting humanity from something outside. Why ? Sept-Terrion are supposed to serve humanity, and they all tried unless corrupted (Fire and Earth), even if Space fucked up that's what they tried to do, and Mirage killed themselves because they realised they would end up being corrupted in the long run.
For Time, we have no clue if they are corrupted or not, but based on the fact that it's still just one element, and more similar to Space than Mirage in term of mind (so more robotic like you said), I think it's just not corrupted, so it's just doing its job, and its job is to avoid humanity from confronting whatever is in space. (also, unrelated but I don't think Nina is from the beyond)

About Stigmas : No clue how the hell they are supposed to appear, but my theory about what they are supposed to be is that they are shackles, mainly because of what Weissmann did with Joshua by engraving a Stigma in him to control him.
But we'll see in the next game ! Maybe, with a little bit of hope, probably not...

And for the rest, I have no clue
