This is my first read of #LegionofSuperheroes ever. Familiar with the characters, but never read the comics, but thought I would check it out and I have not been disappointed with this run. It's just beginning and you have four distinct points of view #DCComics #ComicBooks

acceptance & love between the disgraced and disowned, Marius St. Croix, of Son House St. Croix now known as the Dark Knight and the beloved, Solar Prince, Roberto Da Costa of House Da Costa. A spin on the ship that lives in my head of Emplate x Sunspot.

Could get updated who knows, but playing around with clips. Either way I knew I was going to make both commissions into a reel. The Solar Prince & the Dark Knight parts I and II. I commissioned @voidcomett to bring this story of rejection, #xmen #newmutants #sunspot #emplate

They just need to be okay with it. Another great issue. Jason's got his hands full, but I think he's right where he wants to be, even if he gets a few gray hairs out of it. He's the right mentor for the job I just hope he knows when to phone a friend, because even mentors

Issue 2 of #TeenTitans emphasized the "teen" in multiple times for a sense of bonding, division, defiance, impetuousness, and serious need of guidance. They don't know it all, they don't have all the answers and that's okay. #DCComics #ComicBooks #Spoilers #TTSpoilers

wanted to put Roberto and Marius in a different setting in something that felt that would be them given their families and how they would fit in a fantasy setting filled with tourneys.

I had no idea about the Realm Guard infinity comic that was dropping as I shared out the idea which emerged from another was Ren Fair inspired piece I had commissioned also. Complete coincidence but hey! Also took some cues from GoT/ASOIAF/HotD. x.com/QuidProQuo_M...

So I saw this cool pic posted by @Ekplicit on my time line. Always up for Black people having fun and doing fun things. It gave me an idea for a commission. Same day I say this had dinner with my niece and she's going to a Ren Fair. #StarTrek #StarfleetAcademy

Da Costa Marius is the banished son of the St. Croix family who came to compete, but because he has no house that would claim him Roberto stepped forward to offer support and favor. Marius in turn won and crowned Roberto as his Queen of Love and Beauty. The scandal!

Originally, I had 3 different commissions of #Sunspot x #Emplate made but I said there would be more coming. I commissioned @voidcomett.bsky.social again for 2 pieces, a before & after of a tourney. "The Solar Prince & Dark Knight." The pic I shared before was the banner of house #NewMutants #Xmen

shady deals. Bodies are already starting to pile up and have reached Maximillian Dupree who we're about to follow as he descends into the chaos of the curse that he's been afflicted with just as he was finding a way out of the situation he's in. Great story, art and colors.

Finally read my issue of Smile: Any Give Smile by Stephanie Williams & Pablo M. Collar from #IDW Dark and I'm already hook. The psychological and supernatural horror elements lend themselves well to the world of sports, high stakes gambling, and #ComicBooks
