As the election campaign gets underway, I'd like to share with you a little trick I've been playing with ChatGPT. An ideological discourse analysis tool: chatgpt.com/g/g-6739f110... Essentially, you can copy text or a URL, and it assigns a “score'” for different ideological nebulae. #Politics

Graph of how a text corresponds to different ideological nebulae, showing that it mostly corresponds to Libertarian individualist and Anti-Elite populist, and also somewhat to Communitarian Conservative.

#Politics

I wrote this short story a few years ago. It's not very subtle, and maybe even slightly "didactic", but in light of the recent events, I find it rather "entertaining"...! Originally written in French: www.davidpepin.ca/recits/the-c... #Fiction

The choice

Thomas awoke to the soft light of a progressive dawn. Pleasant music, carefully selected by Amber for a voluptuous awakening, enveloped the room. Amber’s voice, so natural, so clear and comforting, so...

#Fiction

Finally, the winter version of a "desire line"! From a hotel room in Montréal. #UX

Picture of a park in Montreal, in the winter, with an improvised diagonal path (where people cut across instead of following the predetermined path).

First post for me on this platform! I'll be using it mostly for UX and public service related stuff. As a first contribution, I'd like to share a little thing I wrote recently: www.davidpepin.ca/billets/stat... Are we supposed to use tags the same way? #PublicService #Bureaucracy #GCDigital
