Found a stash of old magazines in a drawer, and came across this from early 2000, discussing various presidential aspirations:

It can be a challenge figuring out what kind of play appeals to these mysterious creatures. I've had my boys for almost a year and we're still looking for new ways to engage. So far the most popular is a 3 way tunnel, and this:

My boys are enjoying their scratching basket - thanks for the recommendation! It's the first thing Rex goes to every morning

109 (but also can't compare to Belt's 69th, which resulted in the best shirsey ever, approved by the Captain himself)

My post of a pic of the back of a shirsey with Belt 69 (marking him getting the 69th splash hit) and my comment that it's my favorite, with a reply from Brandon Belt saying simply "agreed"

I've said it before - I am very invested in this saga. I've been the fortunate recipient of several cats via the cat distribution system, it's always unique and ultimately rewarding My latest furry guys. We brought them home together in Sept (2 mos age diff) and they are the very best brothers

lol at first I thought this was a spoof, but no - it's a real post I snorted when I read that CC is "the most famous, marketable, and important woman's pro-team sport athlete in history" Not just WNBA, friends - EVER

A Christine Brennan post that claims that Caitlin Clark is "the most famous, marketable, and important woman's pro-team sport athlete in history"

Player that should not even be in the top 40 (although I can guess why she is)

Ah - the tarp to hide the well-deserved indignity of his name removal

They definitely seem okay in general, but I'm keeping the gate in place for now

Lol this is the second time they've shown this graphic. It's supposed to be the Sparks at the Valks for the second game, not Vegas hopping in the tardis to get from Dallas to SF

My dog loves this cot. It stays outside year-round (California weather) and is very much waterproof. I got it from K&H Pet, and they also have a version with a bolster around three sides for fancy pups

/sigh this isn't the winning argument she thinks it is

That is phenomenal! My Posey could never lol. She's usually too busy making messes

This is Jasper's little brother Rex. As a proper orange cat, he is home to a single happy brain cell

This is our new kitten Jasper. Every picture of him looks exactly like this, which is expected of a baby familiar

Posey, taking great pleasure in dousing me with dirty dog water during bathtime

This article is even worse than I thought it would be. And I thought it was gonna be really fucking bad

Ok so this is good news, but also what the fuck is it with this framing? "Demonstrators said they were tear-gassed and arrested" - there is verifiable video footage of these things. It's not just something someone said. Just fucking report the actual events

Still obsessing about the "toxic fire" Like try looking at the bigger picture here, maybe??

Don't be like this "Oh no! Toxic smoke!" Literally a drop in the bucket compared to the thousands of tear gas and other chemical warfare launched by the cops against non-violent protesters today

I mean. . . I cannot convey how deeply disappointed I am in #BayFC for this pathetic Pride giveaway

Bay FC bandana give-away for Pride, featuring muted colors and nothing even remotely queer

Honestly, I'm not sure what's happening with Pride in the NWSL this year. This is the Bay FC Pride giveaway for its Pride game tomorrow. There is absolutely NOTHING queer about this. I am so disappointed
