Harbinger, the brand name/company they bought them from, still makes workout and weight lifting gear today So you can simulate the experience even if Nintendo didn't hand them to you for free lol

I've always thought that diet Coca-Cola products like diet coke and diet sprite have the weirdest salty/dry taste

That's the idea here When someone is having a conversation with you about something they like...... You can absorb what they're saying and engage with them instead of working up a counterpoint 🙂

I think you can pretty safely say "I like early 3D games" without somebody assuming you mean every single game lol

It is wild how many internet arguments could become internet conversations if you just listened to the other person's words instead of thinking of a counterpoint while they're talking

Yeah this is just a play on the waffles and pancakes thing Now the day goes by where somebody doesn't tell me that N64 games aged poorly and that the 3D is terrible to go back and look at....... Usually in conversations completely unrelated lol

One of my favorite PC games was Hodj N Podj It was a sort of board game mini game medieval multiplayer thing I still fondly think about the graphics on that janky 2D game

Where does one go to have their vote tabulated

Normally I don't really announce the match-ups of the channel sub vote that decides the next RetroAchievements game on stream. This is a special case. These are what we're voting on when Xenogears starts. You can either make me suffer or go into RPG bliss. Either way this is going to be interesting.

#devtober day 7, fixing circle checks I'd borked up the encounter check awhile back and never noticed until recording yesterday, so resolved that and checked how foreign a store asset looked for Skelebat (very). Wind 2 motion was waiting on decomp, so that might be tomorrow.
