❌ Common founder trap: • New feature • New feature • New feature ✅ Successful pattern: • More marketing • More marketing • More marketing

😮‍💨 I didn’t work yesterday. No progress made on my product. Am I sad? No. Does it really matter? No. Sometimes it's time to take a break, and that’s okay. One day won’t hurt your progress.

First time creating a directory but already have around 1000 pages views and 300 unique visitors under the first week. SEO starting to kick off as well 👍

Just set the analytics of youmightnotneed.co public. Is it a good idea? 🤔 #buildinpublic

I want to add information to the YouMightNotNeed cards. I feel like they are not too informative, so I though I should add more details to them. What do you think? #buildinpublic

It's good to remind yourself why you started your journey in the first place I started because: - I want to work on projects that bring real value to people - I don't want to work for anyone else than me (and of course earn enough money to take care of my family) Why did you start your journey? 👇

The worst part is that if you watch only one of those videos, your feed is instantly full of crap 🤦‍♂️

Thats exactly why I decided to give a try to Bluesky honestly 😅

True! I’m only at 2 (publicly released) but I have plenty of ideas to go on with in the future 🌟

Haha I switched recently for Plausible. Best decision. Ever. 😂

Thanks 🙏 Thats a lot of projects! 👀 Impressive!

Not really for now, it’s nothing compared to your growth but still gaining around 1-2 new followers a day 🤔

Haha! I didn’t think you were doing it every day! 😊 At least having the possibility to handle emergencies frees your mind 👍

Quentin @quentinvcr.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

Yeah they do but it’s not just in the company culture to let you work on a side project during working hours 🤷‍♂️

Haha 😂 Lucky you! I wish mine was doing the same
