Summary:
Sasaki and Miyano have been together for almost five years now, are moving in together, Sasaki is about to graduate college, and life is pretty damn good. While on his way to pick up some food for him and Miyano, he encounters a couple of punks picking on a kid, and not one to put up with that kind of thing, Sasaki intervenes.

When Miyano gets a frantic call from Sasaki’s sister, telling him Sasaki is in the hospital, he literally runs to make sure his boyfriend is okay, making every promise to every deity for a good outcome. After he learns it is likely just a concussion, and Sasaki will be okay, they just have to wait for him to wake up.

Good thing this isn’t a BL manga, otherwise, their lives would have a sudden and insane plot twist, like a years-long coma or amnesia storyline. Which would be utterly ridiculous.

When he locates the now adult imp, he manages to arrive just in time. As the fire starts to spread, Stolas and Blitzo work together to ensure that no one gets hurt or worse. The success of their rescue soon becomes the talk of the Pentagram, tales of the heroic prince and imp.

an alternate #stolitz second meeting...

A young Stolas with his emo hair lays on his bed reading a book titled: Sad poetry for edgy souls. Out loud he reads, "Life without pain is no life at all." And then he comments, "Wow... that's so deep."

Suddenly the sound of a loud crash startles Stolas. He storms out onto his balcony, looking dark and angry as he snaps, "What the FUCK do you think you're do—!"

Stolas stops short. Blitzo is sprawled out on the ground, his face flattened against the concrete. He's clutching binoculars in one hand and there's a smashed pot he accidentally knocked over next to him.

As Blitzo peels his face from the ground, Stolas sees him with rose-tinted lenses.

An arrow shoots through Stolas' heart and his pupils are visible as he weakly finishes his sentence with, "... ing...?"

Stolas is blushing, hearts in his eyes as he exclaims, "BLITZO?!"

Blitzo has a sheepish smile as he greets, "Oh, heeey Stolas! Fancy— Fancy seeing you here!" Blitzo glances over at the binoculars he's holding and fumbles with an, "Uhhhh," before quickly hiding his hands behind his back and going on to ask, "L-long time no see, huh?"

Stolas looks stunned as he fumbles for a response and stutters, "What are you— I never expected— Y-you look — Ahhhh—"

Finally Stolas strikes a pose he thinks looks cool, leaning against the doorframe, his expression composed into a nonchalant look. He just replies, "Hey."

Blitzo watches this and thinks, 'Holy fucking shit...'

Now Blitzo is the one blushing with hearts in his eyes as he thinks, 'He's SO out of my league.'

Did you know that a sinner’s contract could be loaned out? Neither did Angel. Six weeks after Val has taken over Voxtek, and Angel has tested exactly how many drugs are too many in Hell, Val loans out Angel’s contract to the mysterious owner of the Magic Kat Casino.

Angel is given a six month residency with nightly performances. Which all seems too good to be true; with a custom decorated suite, a paycheck, and being reunited with Fat Nuggets. Then he’s introduced to his pianist, none other than the former overlord and gambling demon, Husk.

Over the course of his residency, they work together seamlessly, selling out shows months in advance, and their chemistry soon becomes the talk of the Pentagram. But Angel refuses to get his hopes up; hopes about escaping his deal, and hopes about a certain cat demon with gold eyes and a singing voice made of honey.

The issue? Since their reunion things are different between them. As they begin to understand each other, build a camaraderie through jazz standards from the early and mid 20th century, Angel is getting dangerously close to falling in love for the second time in his existence.

Thankfully, Husk does not and will never reciprocate. Right?
