Voor er morgen weer geklaag klinkt over de hoeveelheid partijen en kiesdrempels nog even dit: met al deze partijen blijven er stemmers die bij het invullen van kieswijzers zien dat de best aansluitende partij nog niet de helft van hun standpunten deelt. Het is niet het aantal, het is de overlap.

Ik ben zo vrij om kopje twee uit het artikel er even uit te halen. Ja, de politie mag dit (waarschijnlijk) gebaseerd op de geweldsinstructie. Ik verwacht “tragisch incident voor alle betrokkenen” en meer van dat soort teksten. Nee. Dit moeten we niet willen.

Subkop 2 van het artikel uitgelicht. De sectie is getiteld: vuurwapen.
De tekst luidt als volgt:

Er is een nieuwe grond waarop gebruik van het vuurwapen geoorloofd is (artikel 7 lid 1, sub b, tweede bolletje). Volgens de ambtsinstructie mag de politie het vuurwapen straks ook inzetten als iemand niet meewerkt aan een aanhouding, de persoon wordt verdacht van een strafbaar feit waarop 4 jaar cel staat en iemand zich wederrechtelijk in een woning of op een erf bevindt. Daarbij is niet vereist dat er sprake is van levensbedreigend geweld of dat iemand “een voor onmiddellijk gebruik gereed zijnd vuurwapen bij zich heeft”.

Visie Amnesty

Amnesty wijst erop dat de politie op grond van dit artikel straks het vuurwapen mag inzetten tegen iemand die op heterdaad betrapt wordt bij een vermoedelijke inbraak en als deze persoon niet blijft staan wanneer de politie dit vordert. Amnesty International stelt dat deze regels niet in lijn zijn met de 'basic principles' van de VN uit 1990 (zie pag 110). Ook Nederland heeft zich aan deze regels gecommitteerd. Volgens deze regels mag de politie alleen schieten ter afwending van een onmiddellijke bedreiging van het leven of te voorkoming van ernstig letsel. De uitbreiding van artikel 7 ambtsinstructie is strijdig hiermee.

Don’t mean to brag but I’m acing these tests.

Hospital Anxiety and depression scales comparing my own scores vs the total scores of the panel (NAR), those identifying as neither male nor female (NB) and a control group.
The depression score towers at about one and a half times the NAR and NB scores with the control group being about half the height of those.
Anxiety is slightly less pronounced being just between NAR and NB scores, with NB being a touch above the NAR and the control again being half that of the three.

Scores for a Social Pain Questionnaire, with mine being higher then the total for the focus group and the nonbinary portion of it, as well as that of the control group which is a little above those scores

And straight on to gold though I shifted to Abzan Aggro for some faster games. Could not have done it without your lists, because I just couldn’t get my head into brewing to the meta, of any format really. But these decks are pretty intuitive to pilot and beat those up to gold handily.

That gives me an idea for a deck that tackles 2 achievements. No creatures, no cards in the deck wincon. Blue/Black control Superfriends. Tasha, Tezzeret or Ashiok heading it. Only issue would be finding someone who does not concede or races through for the win.

Ashiok nightmare weaver depicts a shadowy figure the head disappearing into whisps of smoke literally the top half of the face is not there and smoke. But in a good way. Ashiok is supposed to be this way. Smoke and dreams turned somewhat flesh whispy arms outstretched in a downward angle bestowing us the gift of nightmares.

Scruffypocketclub added me to the MAGATS and other hateful accounts regardless of politics to block after coming at me with an alt to demand removal and informing me I had been reported for curating a blocklist with FreeDonko folk.

Plantsky finds me generally hateful in some way or bigoted accounts to block which is fair. But did so by using a custom feed list which is an odd way of doing things.
I do hate the brigading of safety as act of resistance and the use of AI memes to resist.

Patawan1 added me to the moderation listers moderation list which is a way. Do wonder if all mod lists go on there or just the ones they don’t like.

While it looks like fun, Melthos me is having a crisis. They got Bloomburrow bats into my hardy desert clan? The Abzan haven’t exactly been known for resurrecting their dead. Quite the opposite really.

Guy still digging deeper look I conceded in another reply that asking someone out over air coms is egregiously this scenario plays out the same almost anywhere else if a guy asks someone out and is rejected he is reprimanded in the court of public opinion at the same time whoever he is asking is being made uncomfortable and frustrated because they were not interested and their is no established way of preemptively expressing that everybody loses why is this normalized

Hey @mtgarena.com, it sure is a bother that I can’t tap my creature to make some mana in response to declaration of blockers. I would like to. When is the latest to go through the steps of engaging full control to hint my opponent that this trick is an option? Asking for a disciple.

There’s this special pin point underneath that functions as “write protection” (though it also acts as read protection if you are to puncture it). For Flash drives, not a clue though.

When you envision extra turn chains think of a combo that lets you cast that spell every turn. Some way to get a hasty Timestream navigator from the bottom of your deck using Grenzo, to name one such an example. If you copy Expropriate I’d count that as chaining too. 2-6 turns is a lot.
