Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 15/10/2026almost passed on this guy before remembering "oh yeah, Nova Storm split this guy in half. he's probably an important character to have for the sake of my obsession" pricing and dinner plate aside, it's nice to finally have a version of Legacy Tarn that doesn't suck 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 07/10/2026holding @wackd.bsky.social accountable for her actions 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/09/2026went to see The Transformers: The Movie: The 1986 in theatres this evening 041
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 04/09/2026anyway look forward to when i finally get over my writer's block and maybe consider writing more in-depth on my blog about these, i guess 141
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 04/09/2026kinda fucked up that once we get Emily next wave and Ashima next year, there aren't any more girls lined up for release in this series there should be more girl trains! we need a Daisy to complete the Ffarquhar roster! a Rebecca to complete the second steam team! a Sandy just for me to enjoy! 2136
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 04/09/2026Charlie's not perfect by any means but i'm just. so incredibly endeared to her. i don't care if it's cynical of them to have made the Purple Train with a gender-neutral name a girl with generic girlface just because they don't wanna bring back Kana. she's my girl now. trans women are awesome. 173
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 04/09/2026got the final things i needed to complete Wave 2 of the Easy Connect Metal Engines! salty sucks ass and fancy thomas is boring but charlie and the coaches rule 194
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Mavis has issues with handfeel (she's very light, only her bonnet is metal) but still looks really nice for the most part. her lack of sideplates is a less offensive than toby's she doesn't have an obnoxious red running board highlighting the entire issue. her face is fun, too! i think she's cool! 150
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/2026this case is another banger, i definitely recommend picking it up, if for no other reason than the sheer number of important included. six G1 Autobot staples, Soundwave, Impactor to go with the Wreckers, Full-Tilt to fight Scamper... beauties like Astrotrain and Tracks are icing on the cake! 000
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20261. ASTROTRAIN he's definitely not perfect. there's no Solidex parts, the long multisegmented chassis makes the ends not sit on the ground terribly well, and the opening back door gets really stuck in the closed position... but like. look at him. he speaks for himself. he's beautiful. 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20262. TRACKS he's stunningly perfect. he's wonderfully shiny, has the perfect weight in hand, and the fact he can still roll on the ground with his flight mode junk out makes him more fun! plus, if you extract the hubcaps from the flight thingers, you can make his normal car mode! road rage redeco pls 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20263. IRONHIDE Ironhide's got Ratchet beat in terms of deco, especially with the chassis underside being cast in a slightly deeper red reminiscent of the Earthrise toy's color weirdness. i like him a lot! feel like there should be more Solidex in the body, though. also should've had a silver bumper. 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20264. RATCHET i assumed that Ratchet and Ironhide would be more WFC-shaped to tie into the IDW stylings past boxes relied on, so the G1 alt modes were a surprise. a welcome one, though, because the Diaclone Vanette is one of my favorite alt modes. i only wish he was a slightly whiter white... 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20265. IMPACTOR oh hey, they finally made one of these big tank guys that actually feels stable and good to play with! he's a lot of fun! not sure why they didn't put this guy out in either of the Wreckers-themed boxes, though 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20266. ROADGRABBER this guy's such a fun pull for the lineup, i love him and his bisexual swag. the wheels on my copy roll a bit stiffly, though. hopefully that's just a QC one-off, i'd hate for that to be a common issue. 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20267. SOUNDWAVE RADIANT EDITION going with the TFA design for Soundwave was an awesome choice, and all of his decos are excellent! big fan of the Ratbat keytar. that said this top part bothers me. it covers the Ratbat storage port and is *impossible* to pry out, wish it had more wiggle room 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20268. CLIFFJUMPER originally wasn't that into Cliffjumper (because again, Classics is not my preferred take on him) but now that i have him in person, i'm kinda vibing with him! i think it'd be better if the white paint splashes were silver instead, but the colors still play better than Bee's do. 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/20269. JAZZ also perfectly fine! i'm much more into Jazz than i am Wheeljack. unfortunately i think that much like Wheeljack, he needed more paint applications to reach his full potential. like, he really needs the 4s on his doors, and it wouldn't have hurt to have painted the headlights and grill... 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/202610. WHEELJACK he's perfectly fine Wheeljack, it's just that Wheeljack isn't my favorite design in the world. maybe if he had more G1 Toy-inspired application of red and green i'd be more into him? really digging the red hubcaps, though... 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/202611. BUMBLEBEE aside from Full-Tilt, the vehicles in this box are all great! Bee is just the one i'm least compelled by. i've never been super into Classics Bee, partly because I like the beetle mode more, but mostly because the white paint apps look ugly imo. would've preferred the Titanium version! 100
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/202612. FULL-TILT it's nice to do one of these where the bottom slot isn't just contempt for a mismatched clear/metallic deco! instead Full-Tilt is mid on his own merits! front wheels don't roll well, the gun interferes with the opening cockpit, and the T-Cog trophy is boring. could've been better! 110
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 20/08/2026DOING IT AGAIN thread ranking every vehicle from Transformers Blokees Wheels Wave 4 (from worst to best) 110
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 18/08/2026got wave 4 of blokees wheels in last night and i have. so much to say. the inevitable ranking thread is gonna be take a while to write i love you astrotrain i love you so so much 020
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 11/08/2026given the site FAQ says "if you keep making the same kvech-y comment over and over again we may start deleting them" i feel like they coulda just. enforced that rule, without saying anything, to address the complaints about her! frankly that first email reads to me like Dot was given a generous deal 090
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 11/08/2026this is really not far removed from that dramatization in the rules at all, genuinely unsure how one is supposed to interpret this as anything other than "if you try to enforce rules at me, my legion will ruin you, also i am the revolution" like this a very weird and specific assertion to make 4170
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 05/08/2026this is how you know alpha trion was right to do all that, bc this is the most Transgender Woman thing ravage could possibly say 020
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 28/07/2026official thoughts on the 2027 easy connect diecast listings we've seen so far 000
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 28/07/2026i was fucking around in tinkercad a month ago trying to design a hypothetical Easy Connect Hector in basic scale (and forgot to post it at the time, bc i was busy with stuff) what the fuck do you *mean* Hector's actually releasing in 2027, and as a basic to boot. what the fuck do you *mean*!?!?!?! 020
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 17/07/2026i tend to keep whatever i've most recently acquired on my desk for a while so i can get a feel for them, but Best Seeker and Her Daughter are always on hand no matter what 010

Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 08/07/2026checking Nova Storm's TFWiki page and it looks like they finally updated her Siege toy description to have the correct pronouns??? all her other toys' descriptions use they/them now too oh my god im so fucking happy, my girl is finally getting respected 010
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 08/07/2026She's literally perfect, everything I could have possibly wanted from a new animation-colors Nova Storm, 10/10 the year i'm gonna have to spend waiting for her release will be a painful one 110
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 04/07/2026Really want to pick up more Iron Factory stuff, I collected all their Rainmakers recently bc their Nova Storm impressed me so much that I needed to get her buddies too. Definitely the best 3P take on the team, if it weren't for the Siege set being so rad I'd say it's the best Rainmaker trio period. 010
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 03/07/2026so uh is the website supposed to look this exploded rn or 130
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 01/07/2026pride month may be over but t4t seeker yuri is forever (especially since my 86 skywarp pre-order *finally* came in) 174
Jamie @queenofsodor.bsky.social · 29/06/2026it's because they're not painting 4449 in AFT colors, nobody cares about major american anniversaries unless they've got 4449 in AFT colors 020
